On February 18, 2027, college students and high school students are invited to meet employers in the industry and get inspired to pursue a career in the energy sector. An exciting stage program, interactive activities, and the unique atmosphere of a leading international trade fair provide the ideal setting for this. The Career Day offers you the perfect opportunity to meet young talent and present yourself as a modern, attractive employer. Career Day Challenges 

Design an interactive challenge to create a low-barrier point of contact. Present your field of work in a fun and engaging way, or test a key skill required for the position you’re looking to fill. This will foster interaction, generate enthusiasm, and leave a lasting impression on your target audience. 

We’ll promote your challenge in advance on our E-world Career Day website and highlight it on the floor plan created specifically for Career Day. 

Recruiting at your own booth 

• Recruit at your own, pre-booked booth at E-world 2027. 
• Your company will be highlighted as an exhibitor on the floor plan developed specifically for Career Day. This allows participants to find your booth quickly and easily. Additionally, the floor plan clearly indicates when you are offering a Career Day Challenge. 
• From December 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, you can post two job ads in our E-world job board. 
• You will receive the contact information of registered Career Day participants who have consented to being contacted.
